Facial and Body Spa Scrubs
You keep neglecting your skin and it will not spare you without showing signs of ageing. It’s important to take care of your skin to maintain that young, lustrous look regardless of your schedule. Follow making these interesting scrubs to bring back that lost glow –
- Orange-Oatmeal Scrub
Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Orange peel powder, 2 Tsp Oatmeal, 2 Tbsp Cold cream.
Directions: Make a paste by mixing all the ingredients and apply on the face. When this paste dries slightly, then scrub. Wash off with lukewarm water. After that wash the face with cold water.


- Nourishing Almond Scrub
Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Nourishing cream, 1 Tbsp Almond oil.
Directions: Add almond oil to the nourishing cream and beat it well. Apply it on the face and let it dry. Remove by scrubbing when it dries slightly. Remove the paste by washing it with lukewarm water first, then wash the face with cold water.
Lemon-Carrot Face Scrub
Ingredients: 1 Tbsp Yeast powder, 1.5 Tsp Curd, 1 Tsp Lemon juice, 1 Tsp Carrot juice, 1 Tsp Olive or Almond oil.
Directions: Mix all the ingredients well. Apply on face. Wash off with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. Note: Do not use this scrub if you have acne, otherwise there is a risk of infection.



- Coffee scrub
Coffee contains anti-oxidants that help in removing dead cells and cellulite. Coffee made scrub removes dryness in the skin and brings you the glow. To make coffee scrub, make a paste by mixing coffee powder, sugar, olive oil, vitamin E capsule in 1 bowl. Then scrub the skin with this paste for 5-6 minutes and then take a bath with lukewarm water.
- Strawberry Body Scrub
Strawberry is good for our skin even more than it is good for our health. Vitamin C present in it helps in improving the skin by removing the dryness of the skin. To make it, take 4-5 strawberries and make its pulp. Then add sugar to it. Mix it well till the sugar dissolves well. Scrub on the face for 8-10 minutes and then take a bath with lukewarm water.
Relaxing Spa Oils
Different types of oils and nutrients have been used by people to keep the skin healthy and youthful for a long time. There are some such essential oils, which not only keep our skin young, but they are also used in the treatment of many serious diseases etc.



- Tea tree oil for healthy skin
By using tea tree oil, you can get rid of many skin related problems. This oil has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, which keep the skin safe from the problem of freckles, acne, boils. Tea tree oil provides moisture to dry skin. It is mixed with any other oil and massaged on the face. Whatever oil you use, mix a few drops of tea tree oil in it and massage it on the face. Leave it on the skin overnight and wash the face with water in the morning.
- Vitamin C & E Oil for supple rejuvenation
Vitamin E is widely used in hair products. This oil is healthy for hair. But, using it on the face is also beneficial. Vitamin E protects hair from damage from sunlight and UV rays. For vitamin E, you should consume green leafy vegetables, broccoli, seeds, nuts. Vitamins C and E are excellent vitamins for the skin. It protects the skin from acne, dry skin, science of aging. Vitamin C helps protect against aging, wrinkles etc. You can get vitamin C from citrus fruits like lemon, orange, seasonal etc. Yellow fruits and vegetables are high in vitamin C. Spinach, tomato, potato, orange, sweet potato, cabbage, broccoli, berry also contain this vitamin.


- Lavender Oil Makes Skin Young
If lavender oil is not used on the face, then definitely try it once. It has soothing properties (lavender oil benefits for skin). This oil repairs the facial cells and makes them back. If there are spots on the face, then applying lavender oil every day cleanses the skin. Applying this oil helps in sleeping well. Mental health improves. Being rich in anti-inflammatory properties, it removes problems like irritation, skin rash, swelling etc. If you apply it on the face every day, then the face will start glowing.
